Thank you for the wonderful Instagrammable Bucks Party Locations Ideas Wicked Event Management…
You know you’re getting old when your buddies start settling down, dropping the knee and tying the knot! The reason you’ve been put in charge of tee-ing up the Bucks Party is probably that you’re the exception to the group – you’re still making the most of your single days and getting rowdy every weekend.
After the excitement of being the best man wears off, the reality of it all might start to sink in though. Pulling together an epic getaway isn’t something you can do overnight and your cramming skills from your uni days probably won’t come in handy. This is something that’s going to take a bit of planning and effort – but we’re here to make your job a whole bunch easier.
The first step in throwing your mate an awesome bucks party is to find the ultimate location. Obviously, you’re going to want to have somewhere that has plenty of opportunities for you to take happy snaps because if it wasn’t on Instagram, did it even happen?
Australia is known for its picturesque landscape and incredible beauty, so there is no shortage of destinations that will tick all your boxes. To help you narrow it down and make the decision-making process a little easier, we’ve rounded up the five most Instagrammable bucks party locations in Australia. These places are so stunning that they’re almost the real-life version of a postcard.
Five Most Instagrammable Bucks Party Locations:
The Gold Coast
It’s not just the locals that are insanely beautiful on the Gold Coast; the landscape is pretty special too. From palm-fringed beaches to azure coves, glitter skyscrapers and vintage style suburbs, there is beauty literally around every corner.
The biggest attraction to the Gold Coast is most definitely the beaches. The seemingly endless strip of golden sand is a haven for Instagrammers, particularly at sunset and sunrise. Some of the most popular beaches in the region for keen photographers are Burleigh, Surfers Paradise, Coolangatta and Palm Beach. If the beaches don’t entirely give you the water-fix you’re looking for, you can also head to Tallebudgera Creek or the Currumbin Rock Pools to snag the perfect snap.
Beyond the glistening blue waters of the Gold Coast, there is plenty of lush greenery to explore too. The Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk is set on 30-acres of the privately-owned rainforest by Cedar Creek Falls rock pools. There is a 1.5km trail that winds through the rainforest canopies, giving you plenty of opportunities to get the #fitspo gram.
Airlie Beach
Ask anyone from overseas about their thoughts on Australia, and one of the first things they will probably mention is the Great Barrier Reef. If you’re looking for gorgeous white beaches, incredible blue waters, and plenty of excuses to show off your hard work at the gym, this place has your name all over it.
Airlie Beach is one of the best places to access the Reef and is a destination in itself. This is the sort of location where you can snap plenty of action shots – especially if you’re looking to show off the trophy fish you caught on your day out on the boat.
If you don’t want to make the trip out to the Reef, Airlie Beach also features some of the most spectacular snorkelling we’ve ever seen. Get your fins wet and whip out the Go-Pro because this content is going to go #viral.
Perth
It gets a bad rap, but we reckon Perth could be the silent achiever of Australian cities. From impressive cityscapes and pristine coastline to heritage buildings and cute cafes, Western Australia’s capital is a dream come true for avid Instagrammers.
One of the most Instagrammable locations in the region is found in the heart of the city. Kings Park is one of the world’s largest inner-city parks and the one word to describe it is gorgeous! From the park, you’ll be treated to an unmatched view of the Perth skyline and an incredible range of flowers surround you. Try for the candid picnic snap or make your way up at sunset to catch the magenta-orange sky.
Heirisson Island is an island in the middle of the city, with only nature and kangaroos. Yep, you read that right! We don’t recommend getting too close to the wild kangaroos but don’t let that stop you from getting a selfie with one of these furry locals. If that doesn’t attract some likes from your overseas buddies, nothing will!
Melbourne
Melbourne is quite literally an Instagrammers’ dream come true. There are just so many interesting, quirky and picturesque corners of the city that it’s pretty hard to pick favourites.
Flinders Street Station is a popular choice at night. Located in the heart of the city, this building is photographed a lot for its amazing architecture and bustling ambience. The inside is equally as beautiful as the outside, which means the Instagram opportunities are endless.
The iconic and colourful Brighton Beach Boxes are another hot spot for Instagrammers in Melbourne. Stroll along the beach and take your pick from the 82 boxes dotted along the beachfront – our favourites are the one with a VW camper painted on it or the Aussie Flag box. It’s a pretty popular Instagram location, so we suggest getting in pretty early in the day.
Sydney
We couldn’t make a list of Instagrammable Aussie locations without including the crowd favourite, Sydney. The New South Wales capital is literally brimming with Instagram-perfect locations that will make your account the centre of attention.
Bondi Beach is undoubtedly one of the easiest places to snap the perfect shot. Strip down to your swimsuit and show off all that hard work at the gym while you lay back on the sand and embrace the glorious weather. It’s the recipe for Instagram success!
As the biggest and busiest city in Australia, Sydney boasts a killer wining and dining scene. If you’re more of a foodstagram type of operator, you’re in luck! Picture-perfect meals are served up at just about every restaurant, café and pub in the city, and this trend continues out into the suburbs as well. Don’t forget to hashtag #foodporn.
